Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, repair orders and agreements for the purchase or sale of trucks and other commercial vehicles, and their parts and accessories (collectively, the “Goods”), as well as consultancy services entered into with Lievaart Trucks, established in Giessen, and its group company CSB B.V., hereinafter referred to jointly and individually as “Lievaart”.
